Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items, discounted products, and live sale items from social media are not eligible for refunds.

Return Policy

Our return policy operates on a 7-day window from the date of receiving the product.

  • Step 1 – Request Submission (Within 7 Days)

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return. Any request made after this period will not be eligible.

  • Step 2 – Approval & Shipping (Additional 7 Days)

If your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation. From the date of confirmation, you will have an additional 7 days to ship the product back. (This timeframe is for shipping only, not processing).

  • Step 3 – Return Processing

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

Any return request not shipped within the additional 7-day period will be automatically considered canceled.

Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Any item returned not meeting these conditions may be subject to rejection or partial refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection for a refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to reflect).
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take utmost care in crafting and delivering our products. However, if your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

Take clear photos of the issue and email us at info@theriyanka.com immediately.
We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For international returns, please mark the package as "Return" to avoid customs and handling charges. Any import charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the return is due to a defective item, we will reimburse shipping costs upon proof of a valid receipt.

If you are shipping an item over ₹2,000 ($25), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. Refunds can only be processed upon receipt of the item.
