This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities. For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. Chikankari embroidery is handwoven and no one piece is identical to another.
Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order. Please also check the status of the item listing (ie Ready to Ship or Made to Order) before placing your order: - For Ready to Ship items, I will accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. - For Made to Order items, I cannot accept exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email me at info@theriyanka.com. For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photos so that my quality team can find a root cause.
I understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling an order:
For Ready-to-Ship Items: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the item is likely already in the shipping process.
For Made-to-Order Items: Made-to-order items are handcrafted specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated as work on your custom piece will have already begun.
How to Cancel Your Order: To request a cancellation, please email me at info@theriyanka.com with your order details. I’ll do my best to assist you promptly.
Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
I offer repair services for all my jewellery products, including replating.
Please email me at info@theriyanka.com and I’ll send you an estimate. You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.
This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
